Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website citruscityconstruction.com and the services provided by Citrus City Construction, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Business Identity

Citrus City Construction is a residential construction company serving the Tampa Bay, Florida area. We specialize in custom homes, tiny homes, accessory dwelling units (ADUs), home renovations, additions, and kitchen remodels using Structural Insulated Panel (SIP) construction. When you opt in to receive text messages from us, you can expect to receive messages related to project consultations, appointment scheduling, estimates, project updates, and promotional offers about our construction services.

Services

All construction projects are subject to separate written contracts, estimates, and agreements. Website content, including project images, descriptions, and pricing references, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer.

Estimates & Contracts

Estimates provided through our website, phone, or in-person consultations are preliminary and non-binding. Final project pricing, scope, timelines, and terms will be outlined in a separate written construction agreement signed by both parties.

Opt-Out & Support

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to (727) 607-8999. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
